This enables faster sheet release, more even mould filling and smoother demoulding of deep products — directly supporting higher cavity counts and more consistent cup quality.
One machine performs forming, cutting, stacking and counting in a single cycle. Running PP, PS, PET and PLA sheet from 0.3 to 2.5 mm, it produces cups, bowls and containers with servo-driven precision and cam-controlled 100% repeat accuracy.
