Trim-in-place with steel-rule knife is available for identical trimming, and floating knife technology handles post-trim cutting for complex profiles.
What sets this machine apart is flexibility. The same platform handles trays, lids, containers and clamshells in PP, PS and PET sheet from 0.2 to 1.5 mm. Steel-rule tooling is ready in just 1-2 days, minimizing the cost and lead time of product changes. With the optional heating isolation, operators can save up to 20% on heating energy.
