Traditional machines rely on radiant heating, which can be uneven and energy-hungry. LX’s contact-heat thermoforming machines use a heated plate with plug assist, delivering even heating across the sheet and supporting deep draws — while cutting heating energy consumption. Forming and cutting are completed in the same station with a steel-rule knife, for clean, nick-free edges.
One machine performs forming, cutting, stacking and counting automatically. Running PP, PS, PET and PLA sheet, it produces deep-draw trays, containers and lids with servo-driven precision. In-line options — grinding, packing and pre-heating — extend the machine into a complete production line.
