A1:We are a manufacturer. LX Plastic Machinery Limited designs and builds thermoforming machines in our own factory in Rui'an, Zhejiang, China, with a capacity of 30+ machines per year.

Q2:Where is your factory located?

A2:Our factory is in Rui'an, Zhejiang Province, about 2.5 hours from Ningbo Port and 4 hours from Shanghai Port. Clients are welcome to visit.

Q3:How many years of experience do you have?

A3:Our engineering experience in thermoforming dates back to 2001 — more than 25 years. The company was formally established in 2010.

Q4:What certifications do you have?

A4:Our machines are CE certified — 50 models are listed on our current CE certificate — and our factory has been audited by TÜV Rheinland.

Q5:What are your main products?

A5:Tilt-mold cup machines, 3in1/4in1 multi-station machines, universal machines, contact-heat machines, vacuum forming machines, sheet extrusion lines and auxiliary equipment.

Q6:Can you customize the machine?

A6:Yes. We configure machines according to your product, material, mould, capacity, stacking method and automation requirements, including custom mould cavities and tooling (ODM available).

Q7:What is your delivery time?

A7:Normally 1–3 months depending on configuration and season.

Q8:What are your payment terms?

A8:T/T, L/C, D/P, PayPal and Western Union are accepted.

Q9:What after-sales service do you provide?

A9:Online technical support, video guidance, free operator training at our factory, installation guidance and optional on-site commissioning.

Q10:What is the warranty period?

A10:12 months from machine start-up.

Q11:Do you have agents in my country?

A11:We are actively looking for reliable agents and distributors worldwide.

Q12:Can I visit your factory?

A12:Yes, we welcome factory visits. Rui'an is about 1 hour from Wenzhou Airport and 3 hours from Hangzhou.

Q13:How many exhibitions do you take part in?

A13:We exhibit at ChinaPlas — Asia's largest plastics and rubber trade fair — every year, and welcome customers to visit our booth or our factory in Rui'an.
